our holiday in Hermanus, the sleepy town where we should be emigrating to. In all honesty, I've been incredibly busy both on the work and homefronts. The job is quite intense at the moment (on top of which I'm flying to Saudi Dryland again tomorrow night for a week) and we're readying the house to have it on show sometime soon.
SO...in lieu of the narrative about Hermanus, I thought I'd post some photos and you can see what a kak time we had... :-)

OK, now you have got my attention! This place is like paradise and hopefully a lot safer than Gauteng. We almost bought a condo in Cape Town with a view of the ocean. But it made no sense to travel from Canada to Cape Town a few times a year ($$$). Hopefully you will be able to sell your other house to which you had just added an extension, quickly. It is really beautiful.
After Easter Glenn will be moving to QATAR to rent a condo for us. He will be there for a year minimum and I will travel back and forth because I still have 2 troublemakers at home (LOL). Good luck in Saudi.

nice house - space for visitors? how far from the nearest bar, and bottle store?
Salagatle!
Babe (Tami)...you know you don't need a reason to come over here...xoxox
A2Z...paradise is one of the words I would have used. Burglar bars are there to keep out the baboons (real ones rather than our dark f(r)iends), doors have glass in them and no trellidoors, the garden wall is a worry cos the dobermann might be able to jump it and bite some innocent fucker walking past, the stand is smaller (hey, less grass to cut, I'll do it myself), beach is +-1km away (I might even walk there for a walk), peace, tranquility, sound of the ocean in your ears and not traffic drone.....the reasons for moving are endless...
Wreckless...bar, bottle store and butchery are closer than the beach...plenty of space for visitors (5 bedrooms, one of which will be a study and one a bar, one for us, so two more for guests - you know you're welcome)...as are all our friends...
